Its ridiculously easy to submit the details of your room using the special form. The start-to-finish process goes something like this:
Take, or locate, digital photographs of the room you would like to submit for a Designer Rug makeover.
Your images should be in JPEG format (they will have a .jpg file extension) - this is most likely if they have been taken with a standard digital camera. If in another format (e.g. TIFF or BMP), you will need to convert the images to JPEGs using an Image manipulation program such as Adobe PhotoShop, PaintShop Pro, Macromedia Fireworks, or an Image Viewing program like ACDSee.
Each image should be no more than 1 megabyte (1MB) in size, maximum. Images taken at High Quality with a 3 megapixel camera will be considerably more than this, and you will need to resize/resample them in any standard image program, such as those mentioned above for saving images as JPEGs.
Once you have 1 or 2 satisfactory images saved in JPEG format and sized at 1 megabyte or less each, copy or save them in a directory on your hard disk which you can easily locate. If you are using a Windows system, we suggest saving your room images in C:\My Documents\My Pictures\Room\ or another directory you make yourself with an easily remembered name such as ‘Room’.

When viewing your shortlist, you can remove any items no longer required by entering a 0 (zero) in the Quantity (Qty.) field of the form and then clicking on the Update button at the bottom of your list.
After viewing your Shortlist, you may continue browsing the site, and adding further items. Your list will be saved throughout your current browsing session.
When you have compiled a final Shortlist, you can print it out by clicking the Print Shortlist button.

This unique service is offered as an alternative for customers in the London area who for any reason find it difficult to visit our Vauxhall warehouse, by appointment at a time of their choosing.

Exchange Policy

Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Rug(s) should normally be in the same condition as when originally purchased.
If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount.
Handling, Repair and cleaning services (including Washing) are non-refundable.
