Exchange Policy
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase from Oriental Carpet Brokers. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange our products provided it is in fully resaleable condition.
We offer a refund by the original payment method on Rugs with a receipt within 14 days of the original purchase date and an exchange within 30 days of purchase. Call 020 7091 9944 contact us using our General Enquiries Form
Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Rug(s) should normally be in the same condition as when originally purchased.
If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount.
Handling, Repair and cleaning services (including Washing) are non-refundable.
Please note that return policies only apply for the ECC.
